Having lived in Idaho all of my life, it isn't that conservative. However, there is a good amount of people who would probably buy into Ms Hatcher's philosophy. Which is probably why she said it.

: Just for the record. After living in Idaho for two years it is a very very conservative state and is very Mormon (think Utah). It wouldn't suprise me that was the slant taken for its majority of readers that don't believe in premartial sex.
