Why???

I am just curious, you see they might have so "fame" due to writing and getting their books published but don't you people understand that they are people too and they have feelings like the rest of us. I have been occasionally been reading these boards for a few years now and I have noticed a trend here, constant author bashing... It seems anytime there is an author in the mist, most seem to rise to the occasion and try to rip them to shreds. I understand that there are some authors that you don't enjoy their books, there are some I don't enjoy either, but didn't your Momma teach you the two major golden rules, do to others as you want done to you (yes paraphrasing because to a kid it was easier to understand and that was the way MY Momma taught me) and if you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all? I guess the saying refering to glass houses and stones apply even here huh? Jennifer
