I was referring to the April RT, which someone made me aware of in reference to our reporting coverage on Cindi Louis and Linda Turner wherein Louis' book was pulled from distribution by Harper after Linda Turner and/or Harlequin made charges of copyright infringement. In this instance, AAR is actually mentioned by name in an RT column. Whereas several sites were contacted by Harlequin asking that they remove reviews to Louis' book, AAR was not because we had not reviewed the book.

However, since I've been reporting on copyright infringement incidences since 1997 w/Nora Roberts and then some years later with Gina Wilkins, I investigated the Louis incident. It was through my contacts that the author whose work was infringed upon was revealed, and it was additional reporting by me that revealed to many readers (and possibly an author or two) that Harlequin doesn't register copyrights in the US.

That is some serious reporting and is just one more instance of the type of follow-through we do here at AAR.
