Carolyn - I'm so sorry the author to whom you responded will probably never read your post. And, if she does, will more than likely come back with one of her famous flippant comments about what you've said zooming right over her head.

Thank you for so eloquently (and, okay, long-windedly ) taking a stand on journalistic integrity. And thanks to LLB and this site, too, for having the balls it takes to see the story through until the end - instead of falling back on the sort of drive-by posting so many others engage in.
