I'm going to assume you heard about this discussion elsewhere and this is your first visit to AAR.
I am the "mysterious" LLB, which is the shortened version of Laurie Likes Books. I am the publisher and editor in chief of AAR. My real name is Laurie Gold. All of this information is fairly easy to find at the site, and since I use my email address in every post I make, I don't think there's much of a mystery.
As publisher of this site, part of my job is to keep my eyes and ears open for news of interest to readers of romance. That's what I was doing here - informing the readers of an article I'd learned about. I added my own opinion to it because it was not a straight news piece, and then solicited the opinions of others.
As for whether or not Nora Roberts in fact sent me two emails (one yesterday, one today and just now posted), the email she sent today is prefaced with this: "you should feel free to post, if you feel necessary, that the statement was indeed mine, and that I stand by it, as well as the following addition." She then goes on with her second statement, which can be found here. Your accusation that I invented Nora Roberts posts is highly insulting on a professional level, and much of your two or more posts in this thread have been highly inflammatory. Please take it down a notch.
