The bouquets of romance shown here are a result of polls for favorite books by favorite authors. For each author the bouquet can be 12 titles large - if their backlist is at least that -
or more if there are ties. We originally conducted eight polls over a two year period ending in 2002. We re-polled to update and add to these bouquets in 2006, and then in 2008 began once more to update and add to them. These bouquets can be extremely useful to readers looking to try a new author.
The authors may have
published 100 books or only five; the titles listed here are
the favorites for our readers as they ranked them during the
voting process. Readers who participated submitted their ranked
lists of up to (but no more than) 12 titles per author, with
1 as their favorite. You'll find the results below; all authors for whom bouquets were added or updated in July 2009 are noted.
