|
|
I'm doing a series of podcasts featuring readers - What Readers Want (I know, how inventive, right?)
Here are the questions I'm going to be asking:
Do you tend to read in one time period as opposed to another? For example, if you read historical romance, do you also read contemporary romance?
What are your favorite plots?
What trends, genres, plots, character types do you wish were more prevalent?
What have you just had enough of?
Do you read digital books? Or do you prefer paper?
Do you buy trade size books?
Do you ever buy more than one book?
Followed by comments from participant.
I'll phone the participants at a convenient time of their choosing, and the phone call will be recorded and digitized.
I've already asked my newsletter group and have a number of participants, but I thought I'd throw the net wider.
Each interview will be separate, and you can participate using your name or anonymously. The podcasts will be available on ITunes, Libsyn, my website, blog, and syndicated.
If you're interested, please send me an email to karen@karenranney.com with PODCAST - READER in the subject line - before August 15, 2009.
Thank you,
