| If you're talking about Cade's book (not Conrad's, which is on the Reviews board), yes, I've read it. Liked it a lot, the heroine was great. Did you have any specific questions about it? |

Just finished Dark Desires After Dusk, Cade's story, and it was a great read. I'd gladly grade it an A.
Does anyone know if Rydstrom's story is next? _________________ ...He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep... |

| I am also in the middle of Cade's story and I am having a ball. All these books have been winners for me except Wicked Deeds on a Winter Night. For some reason Bowen and Mari were so annoying. |

Her two latest ones are Conrad and Cade's story.
I read Conrad's story and LOVED IT! God he's so gorgeous. Kresley has amazing talent making a virgin hero that yummy =] Definitely read this book. Even though he's a virgin, the love scenes will make you melt right there on the spot. He's uber hot and alpha. :D
As for Cade's story....I have it....but I have absolutely NO URGE to open it. The hero and the story doesnt really capture me. Surprising because I love Kresley. Ive read all her books. Ill give it a try one day though. |

| I asked because I'm very hesitant about buying anymore of this series. The 1st through to the 3rd were quite good but the 4th wasnt so good to me. It was quite long and boring. |

I read Dark Needs At Nights Edge. It wasnt that good but i read the review for Dark Desires After Dusk which sounds much better than the previous one.
Am I right in this assumption ? |

IMHO, Dark Needs > Dark Desires. ~~potential spoiler territory~~ I just didn't like Holly all that much, and felt that Cade spent a large portion of the book intending to betray her. Also, I didn't really like the dark road Rydstrom seems to have turned to - the reason I found him so appealing was because Cole portrayed him as a gentleman, despite being a demon. All in all, I enjoyed reading it for the paranormal aspect, but the romance didn't work for me as well as the others in the series. I think Dark Needs was much, much better than the review would suggest, but you obviously feel differently, so you might enjoy Dask Desires After Dusk. |
