Does B&N make the only ereader that has both a touch screen and page turn buttons? I really like having both.

The Kindle and Kobo don't but the the Sony touch ereader also has buttons. The latest version is the PRS T2. I think the placement at the bottom left hand side looks like it would be rather awkward but I've yet to handle one.

The new cycle of e-readers will start coming out in the spring so there might be different options then.

Thanks -- I checked the sony online but didn't see any buttons. I'll try to get to a store to have a look. Though perhaps will wait for the new ones.

I can confirm that the 3 Sony Readers we currently have (650, 950 & T1) all have both page turn buttons and touch screen swipe to turn pages.

Yes, that's why I was asking about companies other than B&N. I have a simple touch and have been very happy with it, but much less happy with B&N and I don't want to give them more money. And, my Nook is starting to act weirdly, so I think its useful life may be drawing to an end.

Any comments on which one is best?

I don't know if these models are still available, since we've had them for a while.
The 950 is slightly larger, giving more text per page, but also just enough heavier to be borderline for one-handed comfort.
The T1 is the newest of the ones we have and is the best at handling a large number of ebooks. We have over 4,300 ebooks that I load in the Readers through memory chips I update on my PC. The 650 & 950 use Memory Stick & the T1 uses SD. The T1 recognizes updates added to the chip better & faster than the 650 or 950. (In fact, I had to separate the ebooks for the 650 onto 2 MS chips because it got too flaky around the 4,000 mark.)
