i'm looking for some help reminding me of this book title and author...
The heroine is a scientist who is making a time machine and she is working one eveing and something happens so she is sent back in time to medieval times...
the young assitant feels it is his fault and also travels back in time. only he goes back to 10 years or so before her... (so he is now older than her )
anyway she found and taken to a castle... the young assisant is the friend of the lord of the castle... but she doesn't know him (cause she's not expecting to see him andhe is older now... )
she transforms the lord of the castle's unwanted bride... and there's something about the prince visiting and his brothers plotting against him... and the prince is after the horeine.... i seemed to remember something about one of the dogs almost dying which i was an important issue....
some how she and the assitant get back to their own time...
>>????? thanks for any help/suggestions
i wish i could rememebr names ;( |

This is a favorite of mine:
Wings of the Storm by Susan Sizemore (HarperColllins, 11/1992).
The sequel, featuring the daughter of the time traveling pair in the first book is:
After the Storm (HarperCollins, 2/1996).
