Well, November looks like a hotly anticipated month for Nora Roberts’ books! The fourth book in her Bride quartet was our staff’s most-awaited book for November 2010, and her newest J. D. Robb book came in second. Lisa Kleypas’ upcoming contemporary has several of our staffers excited, and at least a few of us(myself included) can’t help giving in to the temptation of holiday anthologies. What a great service you provide posting this list! I am really looking forward to The Taming of the Wolf by Lydia Dare.
FYI, so some fans won’t freak–Wolfsbane and Mistletoe is the trade edition of the 2008 hardback. I was kinda confused when I saw it, saying “but I’ve already read that, haven’t I? or is this something new?”
So–not new, but merely new packaging.
But hey, if you didn’t read it 2 years ago, you are in for a treat!

November looks like a rather lean month for me as far as “really anticipated” reads are concerned. I’m looking forward to the Kleypas, Singh and the McBain reissue (I’ve got my original faded and dogeared copy of DEVIL’S DESIRE around here somewhere!) and would add Sarah MacLean’s TEN WAYS TO BE ADORED WHILE LANDING A LORD (or some such silly title). The Evangeline Collins looks kind of interesting but I’ve not tried her yet.
The Regency Christmas Proposals sounds like a good read – its never too early to get into the Christmas spirit. But I’ll have to wait and see if they’ll allow Aussie’s to purchase it for Kindle when it’s released. Clarissa’s suggestion of Taming of the Wolf sounds really interesting. Pity these two don’t come out sooner.
I’m with Clarissa – the first 3 Lydia Dare books were so much fun, I can’t *wait* to get my hands on The Taming of a Wolf! Also, that Christmas one by Lisa Kleypas looks like a great one to get me in the holiday spirit
I’ll be at the bookstore to get the new Nalini Singh book! I’m reading the seventh one in that series right now. I’m really enjoying reading them!

I’m dying for Happily Ever After by Nora Roberts — I already pre-ordered it!
Songs of Love and Death, edited by George R.R. Martin promises to be a rare treat. Not only does it include great science fiction, fantasy and urban fiction authors, but several very popular romance authors are also represented. It will include stories by Jim Butcher, Jo Beverly, Marjorie Liu, Linnea Sinclair, Carrie Vaughn, Diana Gabaldon, Tanith Lee, Mary Jo Putney, Neil Gaiman, and more. Can’t wait!

I can’t wait for the McBain reprint, either. Although the book is $9.99, it is actually a trade paperback with a special lower price. (I wish Amazon would make this more clear. They call it a “paperback” instead of calling it “trade paperback.)
Looking forward to both Nora Roberts and Lisa Kleypas’s books. These are two authors that I make time to read and don’t know how I would survive life without their books. It’s amazing what you get out of a romance novel, identify relationship issues and advice on how to solve the tough ones etc. as well as be entertained!
