I found “Dirty” to have an ending that left Elle in a good place emotionally and Dan certainly is the ideal man for her. Some of her other books end more ambiguously. All of her books that I have read are very intense and emotional and because her characters are more grounded in reality in comparison to the average romance, erotic or standard, I have gotten very upset while reading when her characters suffer or screw up. I remember reading “Broken” – I was such a basket case.

It was a fantastic read all around. I can’t believe I waited to long to get to it. I loved what Hart did with her characters Elle’s slow, painful growth, Dan’s incredible patience, tenderness and passion. And well (without giving away the story), the why of Elle’s behavior. I found myself emotionally invested on the novel and characters, almost from the beginning, and that is rare for an erotic read. And, it is an erotic read!

So yes, here I am wanting to talk to you about this novel too. :D
