I was lucky enough to have been able to read The Other Guy’s Bride prior to being released and I have to say I really, really loved it. It was a sequel to As you Desire, but it didn’t hinge too much on the previous book so that if you hadn’t read one you couldn’t read the other. The charactersin TOGB are magnificent. Strong, likeable and funny like all of Connie’s characters, but these ones were a bit more special. Anyone who has followed Connie knows that she has wanted to write this book for some time and that made it even more special for me. I highy recommend putting this on the top of your TBR pile as we all need to be swept away on an adventure from time to time.

Love you, Connie!, partly because you are a fellow Minnesotan. I actually first found you through your contemporaries Hot Dish and Skinny Dipping. So I would never knock that genre. Would so love to get my hands on this one, especially since it”s and ARC! But will read it no matter what. Here’s to a mild Minnesota winter!
