I looked everywhere for your first book. Haunted my local Barnes and Noble until they ordered it for me. I had been keeping up with the blogs about it. I am so looking forward to reading your next novel. I keep hoping for an early release. You have something special that you offer your readers; refreshing to read passion that seems true to life and flaws that actually drive the novel to fruition. Thanks for making the reading so special.

Just wanted to say, I love those titles, especially Written on Your Skin. It’s so different from the generic alliteration we’re seeing so much lately, and a bit edgy too. It doesn’t scream “historical!” but then considering the reaction to Duran’s debut, it hardly has to!

What a wonderful interview – thanks for giving us a peak into your ideas, influences, and future plans. “The Duke of Shadows” is one of my favorite re-reads and I have to say it did remind me of the ‘meaty’ romances from a few years ago (I sure do miss those deep, detailed books). I’m so looking forward to “Bound By Your Touch” and “Written on Your Skin”…along with anything you happen to publish. And, I have to admit that Nardi is absolutely one of my favorite characters (just re-read “Bliss” a few weeks ago) so I am definitely looking forward to learning James.

Great interview, I think it is safe to say that I will be heading out to get “The Duke of Shadows”. I love Thomas, Bourne, and Hoyt and would love to add another author to my auto-buy list! The new books sound wonderful as well!
