Football! I’m from Uruguay, and Olympic football has always been a huge deal for us. I’ve actually got tickets for the 3 group stage games -I was in Manchester (well, Old Trafford, anyway) yesterday for Uruguay – UAE and GB – Senegal.

I’ll be watching the rest on the telly, as much as I can. I love track events and the gymnastics. And of course, the opening ceremony tonight!

I was gutted when Nadal pulled out, because it makes the competition just a leeetle less interesting. But he’s such a gentleman, and such a nice guy.

I also remembered that the Williams sisters are competing. Fun times.

Not into equestrian or swimming. Diving and rowing, a little bit more.

I LOVE the Olympics. I don’t have a tv, but I follow them online, checking many times a day to see what medals have been awarded. Definitely love tennis and am SOOOO bummed that Rafael Nadal had to pull out, especially as he was going to carry Spain’s flag.

But I also really enjoy the swimming, diving and track events (not so much the field stuff) and the equestrian events are pretty fun to watch too.
