Personal question – Do you ever hear someone call your name just when you’re about to fall asleep?

My mom and I had a similar experience to your dog one. I was about 12 and my mother and I were in a department store. She went off to the appliance department and I went off on my own with a promise to meet her at a specific time.

I was shopping and I heard her say in my head, so clearly, “Sandy, come help me.” I was really puzzled by it and went off to find her. She was buying something that was too big to carry on her own and she said when she saw me, “oh, I was just thinking that it would be great if you came to help me carry this.” It was damn weird. For whatever reason, we were both tuned into each other in that moment and her signal got through to my head. As I said, weird.

The craft I saw was almost perfectly triangular with several lights in the forward-facing angle and two really big lights on the other angles. The bigger lights were oblong shaped. What was weird was that I wouldn’t even have known it was there if my dog hadn’t seen it first, and it was so close it felt like I could have climbed on the roof of my two story apartment and touched it. I didn’t hear any wind noise or engine type noise, just a subsonic kind of hum maybe. It was moving really slowly, or else it was huge and the perspective was off.
It wasn’t a recent sighting, unfortunately, being before my daughter was born – 1995 maybe? If the MUN is interested in sightings that old, I have an ex-boyfriend who saw something spectacular back in 91 or 92. He and a whole busload of Greyhound passengers travelling with him experienced it.

As for UFOs, my mother and I had a close up sighting when I was a teenager and it changed my life. I have been fascinated ever since. I’m a member of the Mutual UFO Network so I do keep up with current sightings. What did the craft you saw look like?
