Rhubarb is very much an acquired taste. My mom likes it, but I’m not overly fond of it. It’s usually combined with other fruits (like strawberries) and used in sweet dishes, such as pies, fruit spreads, etc.

There is a farmer’s market not too far from my usual grocery store that has lots of homemade cheeses, fruits, vegetables, flowers, honey, etc. etc. But gosh, the prices are expensive! And I always seem to walk by when they are still setting up and not selling.
