It's so much easier. I love my laptop, but I think I could live without it. I can live without my cell phone. It spends most its time either dead or misplaced and tends to cause arguments with my husband because of that. I do't have TiVo, but I know that most who do, love it. I so love being able to take digital photos. I'm a lousy photographer, so now can easily take two or more shots of everything I care about. I figure one will be okay. When I travel, I usually go through the photos in the evening and delete the ones that aren't too good. But, I've still never run out of storage space. Adding to LeeB’s comment.
